Policy
New clients require a credit card on file to reserve an appointment.
Unconfirmed appointments are forfeited and the time slot is offered to a client on the waiting list.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 Hours result in a Cancellation Fee up to 100% of the service cost and must be paid before another appointment may be scheduled.
No Call / No Show is charged the full cost of the missed service.
Renew Laser & Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time, for any reason deemed necessary at our sole discretion.
New Clients
An in-office assessment is required for many services (Laser Hair Removal, Pigmentation Reduction, Collagen Induction and more). Consultation is $50 and may be applied toward the cost of service for same-day treatment. A credit card on file is required for all new clients at the time of scheduling.
In preparation for your visit
All clients must arrive to their appointment with clean skin, free of fragrance, oils, moisturizers, lotions, self-tanners, active serums, etc. and must be clean shaven in the target area(s) receiving service.
